Absolutely, you can forward us your request for an extension or a new trial. After assessing your suitability, and at our unchallenged discretion, we’ll be pleased to reactivate your trial period.

First off, you’d bring us great joy! After this, we would request you to provide your credit card details, which will be processed via our secure online payment system. Alternatively, payments for annual subscriptions can be done via PayPal or prior bank transfer.

Your plan will be enabled immediately upon receipt of the payment and will renew automatically upon expiry. The service is billed upfront on a monthly or annual basis, and it is non-refundable.

Of course, we love freedom as much as you do :-) You are free to interrupt, downgrade, or upgrade your subscription at any time, directly from the Account section of PostPickr.

If you downgrade to a lower plan, you will be directed to a procedure that will allow you to stay within the limits and continue using PostPickr.

In case of an upgrade, the unused days/months of the previous plan will not be cumulative or refundable. To ensure fairness, these conditions will be applied without exceptions

We offer assistance to our customers via numerous channels, with ascending methods and response priorities according to the active plan. Users enrolled in the Free plan can seek help only through email, while those subscribed to the paid plans are granted priority assistance through a verifiable and certified ticketing system integrated within the platform. As per their request, customers on the Advanced and Agency plans can avail personalized assistance via Skype or a phone call.

Using PostPickr’s Projects, you can group and separately manage social media channels, content, team members, and stats according to the clients, tasks, or campaigns you’re overseeing.

Yes, you can. However, duplicated channels will be included in the threshold count of your Plan.

The Team feature, only available in commercial Plans, enables you to share the management of your Projects with colleagues, collaborators, or clients to distribute tasks and workload. Team members can be granted different usage rights depending on the role assigned by the administrator account.

AI Assistant is a text generation tool, utilizing ChatGPT technology, that can craft effective and engaging social media content within seconds.

All you have to do is input a request in natural language (known as providing a “prompt”), and this powerful AI will generate perfectly formatted, targeted text that aligns with the provided objectives.

The analytics data of your social media channels, accessible in PostPickr’s ‘Audience’ area, can be transformed into PDF documents and distributed among clients, collaborators, or colleagues not involved in your primary team.

However, the ability to export is restricted to certain plans and is subject to varying monthly usage limits based on the plan you’ve subscribed to.
